Each cadet MUST have their health card with them at all times during the weekend.
Cadets are reminded to have their breakfast BEFORE reporting at HMCS YORK on Saturday morning at 0900.
Dress:
- C-3s (workdress) for training - with drill boots.
- Sports rig for sports activities.
- Comfortable civilian rig with corps ball caps for other activities.
- Appropriate civilian clothing for possible dance Saturday night.
Note: For the dance, cadets must be in clothing that falls within the regular guidelines of civilian dress on a cadet activity. Cadets must be “covered” (mid-riffs, skirts must be covering all areas, etc). No vulgar language/images on clothing. If any clothing is deemed inappropriate by any staff member, the cadet will immediately change into either their uniform, sports gear, or any other change of clothing they have.

6. Towels and toiletries (toothpaste, toothbrush, soap, washcloth, tissues, band-aids)

Items Not Permitted
1. Knives (other than seaman’s knife) - ONLY POs & CPOs may bring them.
2. Personal jewellery 3. Electronic devices (eg iPod) brought at cadet’s own risk.. Only allowed with earphones. No external speakers are permitted. 4. No aerosol cans allowed on the weekend this includes hair spray, room freshener, deodorant, anything that uses a spray can.
