What is Sea Cadets?
The Royal Canadian Sea Cadet Program is a national youth development program supported by the Canadian Armed Forces and the Navy League of Canada. Cadets are not members of the military and there is no obligation to join the military. The program helps youth build confidence, leadership, citizenship, fitness and practical life skills in a safe, structured and welcoming environment.

Free summer programs
Summer Training Opportunities
Cadets can apply for free summer training opportunities as they progress through the program. Programs may include sailing, leadership, seamanship, drill and ceremonial, music and staff cadet opportunities for senior cadets.
