The ROYAL CANADIAN SEA CADET CORPS VANGUARD is a unit of the Royal Canadian Sea Cadets, which trains on Tuesday evenings, from 1830 Hrs (6:30pm) to 2130 Hrs (9:30pm).  Training takes place at HMCS YORK during the school year and at the VANGUARD boathouse at Ashbridges Bay during the summer.
